HACC Home Modifications and Home Maintenance Discussion Forum

A HACC home modifications and home maintenance discussion forum for clients, carers and representatives will be held in Hobart on Monday 28th October.

As part of aged care reforms the Commonwealth Home Support Program will commence on 1st July 2015. To ensure the new program continues to meet client needs, providing flexible and responsive services, there are national discussions occurring across Australia for you to provide your valuable input on Home Modifications and Home Maintenance services.

There are separate sessions for service providers on the same dates.

 Other sessions are in:

  - Melbourne 28th October
  - Perth 4th November
  - Brisbane 4th November
  - Darwin 6th November
  - Adelaide 8th November
  - Sydney 18th November

To register to attend a forum please email Suzanna McLauchlan or Phil Beckett at KPMG or phone 1800 789 576 as soon as possible. You must provide your name (or organisation's name), phone number and where you wish to attend. You will be sent confirmation of the time and venue details.
 If you are unable to attend a discussion forum you may complete an online questionnaire. This will be available online between 28th October and 18th November at the Living Longer Living Better website under 'Public Consultations'.
